Places two teams in the top five!
January 13, 2008 - Mock Trial at UVa has won, for the second consecutive time, the Demon Deacon Invitational Tournament held in Winston-Salem, NC. Team 972 placed first, and team 973 placed fifth to be the only program to place two teams in the top ten. Lucy Partain, Alex Boyajian and Kevin Richards all took home individuals awards, with Kevin being one of two attorneys in the entire tournament to receive a perfect twenty ranks. Kevin is the first Mocker from UVa since Daniel Young in 2006 to receive twenty ranks at a tourmament, and the third in program history.
