Cooper is originally from Johnston, Rhode Island. He was a member of the program from 2021-2025. Cooper competed on the 2024 National Championship team, wearing baby blue scrubs that complimented his eyes.
Cooper was a competitor on the 2022 NCT B-team, which tied for third. He also competed on the 2023 team, which tied for 2nd. Cooper finished his last NCT in 3rd place as a rostered member and a very good note-taker.
