Daniel is originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia. He was a competing member of the program from 2003 until 2007, and was a member of the teams that won back-to-back national championships. As a competitor, Daniel won 12 outstanding attorney awards, including three consecutive All American attorney awards at the National Championship Tournament. Daniel served as a team captain for two years, as program Treasurer during 2005-06, and as program President during 2006-07. He also (along with Ben Sachs) created the website you are currently looking at. Following his graduation from college, Daniel served as an Assistant Coach during 2007-08 and completed a joint JD/MPP from Yale Law School and Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. He also served as one of the judges of the 2015 National Championship Trial. He is currently a federal prosecutor in Northern Virginia.
